OUR LEADERSHIP
Founded in 2010, our CEO, JaNay O. Wilborn, used the lessons set forth by her core and established herself in her own right as a landscaper in various public and private sectors. Using her over fifteen-year tenure in government and community relations, she used her vast knowledge of politics and public service experience to start a firm specializing in external affairs, branding, and special event execution.
The creation of this firm is a “nod” to the three pillars of leadership and strength that she stands on and what she deems as the foundation of her passion. Hailing from a proud family tradition of public service, her great-grandfather Bishop DeWitt T. Babcock, and paternal grandfather, Rev. Dr. James Adam Wilborn, Sr., were very active in rebuilding neighborhoods and furthering higher educational efforts in the Southeast. Mr. James C. Pennington, her maternal grandfather, established himself as a well-respected and successful businessman who is the muse for her entrepreneurial spirit and zest for community collaboration.
